Cancellation Policy

At FixInMoment, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to provide access to the vehicle, may result in a call-out or cancellation charge.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to carry out the service due to incorrect information or lack of access, a fee may apply.

Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to the booking (date, time, service type, or location) should be communicated as early as possible.

  • Changes may affect availability and pricing.

Refunds

  • Payments or deposits, if taken, are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed at the discretion of FixInMoment.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. In exceptional cases, cancellations may be reviewed individually.
