Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to provide access to the vehicle, may result in a call-out or cancellation charge.

If our team arrives and is unable to carry out the service due to incorrect information or lack of access, a fee may apply.
Changes to Bookings

Any changes to the booking (date, time, service type, or location) should be communicated as early as possible.

Refunds

Payments or deposits, if taken, are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.
