By booking any service with FixInMoment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services
FixInMoment provides professional mobile vehicle services, including car washing, oil and filter changes, and basic vehicle servicing across London and surrounding areas.
All services are carried out at the customer’s chosen location, provided it is safe and legally accessible.
2. Pricing

Prices for car wash services are fixed and final.

Prices for oil and filter changes may vary slightly depending on the vehicle and requirements, typically within a ±5–10% range.

Any price adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
3. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings must be made in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Access & Working Conditions
The customer must ensure:

Safe and legal access to the vehicle

Sufficient space to carry out the service

The vehicle is available at the agreed time
FixInMoment reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when booking. FixInMoment is not responsible for delays or pricing changes caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Satisfaction & Issues
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the issue and take appropriate action where reasonable.
7. Liability
FixInMoment is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear
-
Mechanical faults unrelated to the service provided
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
8. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. FixInMoment reserves the right to withhold services in cases of non-payment.
9. Changes to Terms
FixInMoment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
